Commander color identity placement, data modeling, visual UX, and source governance.

Static SiteData ModelingVisual QAAI Workflow

Problem

Creative identity systems can become vague fast when data, lore, UI, and generated output all blur together.

Goal

Build a source-governed Commander color identity placement system that feels useful, visual, and maintainable.

Stack

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, generated JSON, visual regression checks, Codex-assisted workflows.

Constraints

No confidential data, source-first governance, public copy must stay understandable, generated data must not become source authority.

What I built

A multi-page static site with Home, Strategium, Archscry, Apocrypha, placement data, identity dossiers, and documented decision layers.

What broke

Visual regression drift, route-specific readability issues, generated data boundaries, and AI scope creep all needed explicit guardrails.

What I learned

Good side projects need the same quality habits as work systems: contracts, checks, scope boundaries, and handoffs.

Next improvement: Replace this callout with screenshots, repository links, live demos, or write-ups as the project becomes public-ready.
